The Town has five volunteer boards, commissions and committees. In addition, the Downtown Garner Association offers residents still another way to help shape the future of Garner. Each is unique in its size, meeting schedule, and specific function; however, each relies on resident participation.

Summer 2025 update: At this time, there are no vacancies available. However, we welcome applications from individuals who wish to be considered for future openings on one of these bodies. All applications received will be kept on file and reviewed as vacancies arise. We appreciate your willingness to contribute to your community and encourage you to apply so your information is available when an opportunity becomes available.
