Fair Housing Act-Ordinance for Reasonable Accommodation:
On Dec. 21, 2010, the Town of Garner Town Council adopted procedures regarding requests for reasonable accommodation under the Fair Housing Act within the Town of Garner and its planning jurisdiction. The text amendment ordinance can be found here. All persons interested in or affected by the above ordinance are invited to inquire with the Town of Garner Planning Department at 919-773-4449 for the application procedures or general information. Additional information is available during regular office hours from the Planning Department at Garner Town Hall.
