How to Apply

Once posted, all applications can be found on RecDesk (Garner.RecDesk.com) under "Special Events"

If you haven't already, create a RecDesk profile. If you already have a profile, sign in
Click on the event you would like to apply for
Answer all necessary questions and sign all required documents
Pay the vendor fee
Emails will be sent with event information after the application deadline

Community Booths

Community Booth applications are open to local businesses, churches, nonprofit organizations, and other community-based groups that want to engage with attendees and support the event.

Eligible applicants include, but are not limited to:

Small and locally owned businesses
Nonprofit and charitable organizations
Churches and faith-based organizations
Community service groups and civic organizations

Artisan Vendors

Artisan Vendor applications are open to small businesses, independent makers, creators, and entrepreneurs who sell their own products.

Eligible applicants include, but are not limited to:

Handmade and handcrafted product creators
Artists and designers
Specialty food and treat makers (where permitted)
Boutique and small retail brands
Local entrepreneurs with original or curated products

Rules to Participate

Kid-Friendly & Theme-Appropriate Items:
- Vendors must distribute kid-friendly treats, toys, or promotional items that align with the event theme. Please review the expected attendance and bring enough supplies to serve guests throughout the event.
Pre-Packaged Food Only:
- Any candy or food items must be commercially packaged and sealed. Homemade food items are only permitted if sold by an Artisan Vendor.
Promotional Materials:
- Vendors may distribute approved flyers, coupons, or other promotional materials in addition to treats or toys.
No Sales or Additional Activities:
- Community Booths may not sell products or services. Demonstrations, amplified music, raffles, donation or tip collection, and balloon distribution are not permitted by any vendors.

Booth Activities:
- Vendors may offer simple, brief activities at their booth, provided they remain within their assigned 10x10 space. Activities must not overflow into walkways or neighboring booths.
Prohibited Materials:
- Easter grass, confetti, and balloons are not permitted at any booth to help maintain safety and cleanliness.
Tents & Canopies:
- 10x10 canopy tents are allowed but must be properly secured with adequate weights or anchors to withstand wind and weather conditions.
Arrival & Departure:
- All participants must be fully set up and on site no later than one hour before the event begins. Booths must remain operational for the entire event. Early breakdown or departure is not permitted. Dismantling may begin only after the event has officially concluded.
