COMMUNITY ALERTS: 1) Raleigh Water is rolling out a new billing portal. Customers will not be able to make utility payments online or in person Nov. 7-11. No late-fees will be charged. All current portal users will need to create a new account using the new portal and, if applicable, re-enroll in autopay. Learn more. 2) Town offices and facilities will be closed Tuesday, Nov. 11, for Veterans Day. Solid waste collection will operate on normal schedule next week.
The Information Technology Department operates as a service to all Town departments as well as the public. The responsibilities for the department include the development, installation, training and maintenance of the Town’s technical equipment and services.
