Project Scope: The improvements consisted of street and sidewalk improvements along the west side of Pearl Street from the Garner Baseball Complex frontage to Main St and improvements along Parker Street from the eastern boundary of new townhomes to N Montague Street. This project included road widening, addition of on-street parking, curb and gutter and sidewalk. Along with the nearby development, Pearl Street Townhomes, this capital project completed the road and pedestrian network in the area. Pearl and Parker_Before and After
