Project Scope: The Town acquired property within the vicinity of Town Hall and is renovating the building for the following department staff: Engineering, IT and Communications. The project includes adding a site access road, building renovations, furnishings, fixtures and equipment to support staff needs.

General Contractor (GC):  CMC Building, Inc.

Current Status (updated December 2025): Construction is underway.
