Project Scope: This project includes street and sidewalk planning/design along the east side of Bryan Road (SR 2707) from Ackerman Road (SR 2709) to Elk Stone Trail. Total project length is 0.08 miles. The project includes street and sidewalk improvements to connect to existing infrastructure at Bryan Road Elementary School. Environmental impacts must be coordinated with USACE/NCDEQ for the stream crossing of Mahler’s Creek.

Funding Source: 2021 Street and Sidewalk Improvement Bonds

Current Status (updated May 2025): Design is 100% complete. NCDOT Encroachment pending approval.
