COMMUNITY ALERTS: 1) Raleigh Water is rolling out a new billing portal. Customers will not be able to make utility payments online or in person Nov. 7-11. No late-fees will be charged. All current portal users will need to create a new account using the new portal and, if applicable, re-enroll in autopay.
