Request for Proposals | Affordable Housing Plan

The Town of Garner is seeking proposals from qualified firms to develop a comprehensive Affordable Housing Plan that will help shape the Town’s future housing and community development efforts.

The project will include an analysis of Garner’s current housing market and affordability needs, extensive community and stakeholder engagement, development of housing goals, identification of barriers to affordable housing, and actionable policy and program recommendations.

The selected consultant will help the Town establish a clear, data-driven roadmap for supporting housing affordability, preservation, and future community development efforts.

Project Budget: $90,000–$115,000
