The Town of Garner will be accepting sealed bids for the Main Street Parking Improvement Project.
WORK DESCRIPTION
Work consists of adding angled parking along Main Street from North Montague Street to Purvis Street. Contractor is responsible for full demolition, grading, site stabilization, landscape, associated roadway improvements and site furnishings. Contractor is responsible to coordinate with utilities as needed. The extent of work is shown on the drawings and specified in the project manual:

PRE-BID CONFERENCE
An optional pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.–3:00 p.m. at Town Hall, 900 Seventh Avenue, Garner, NC 2nd Floor Training Room.
IMPORTANT DATES
Pre-bid Conference (Optional): January 21, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.
Questions Due: January 30, 2026 by 5:00 p.m.
Final Addendum Issue: February 3, 2026
Bid Submission Due: February 11, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.
Immediately thereafter, all bids will be publicly opened in the Training Room on the second floor at Garner Town Hall, located at 900 Seventh Avenue, Garner, North Carolina 27529.
