Conditional Use Rezoning and Conditional Use Subdivision Request:

CUD-Z-18-09 (C-207), Buffaloe Springs – Trilandco LLC is requesting conditional use rezoning for approximately 24.75 +/- acres from Single-Family Residential (R-40) to Multi-Family Residential Conditional Use (MF-1 C-207).  A companion conditional use subdivision plan accompanies this conditional use rezoning request.

  • CUP-SB-18-04, Buffaloe Springs – Trilandco LLC is requesting conditional use subdivision plan approval for residential cluster use.  The site is located at 1800 Buffaloe Road and can be further identified as Wake County PINs 1700-65-4039, 1700-65-1054, 1700-64-3525, a portion of 1700-64-3392 and a portion of 1700-75-2389.

All persons interested in or affected by the above applications are invited to attend the hearing and offer relevant facts in evidence.  Additional information is available during regular office hours from the Planning Department at Garner Town Hall.  Handicapped persons needing assistance or aids should contact Stella Gibson, Town Clerk prior to the meeting at 919-773-4406.
