The site is located at 0 E Garner Road, 0 High Hope Lane, and 101 High Hope Lane and may be further identified as Wake County PINs 1721311279, 1721312494, and 1721313154.

Text Amendments:
Zoning Text Amendment #ZTA-26-003, Codification, Reformat and Minor Edits
Zoning text amendment request (ZTA-26-003) submitted by staff to fix codification errors, improve overall readability and management of the source document, employ consistent use of punctuation throughout the document, and other minor edits. This amendment would fully replace preceding official source documents and establish a versioning system allowing staff to update and publish the Town's Unified Development Ordinance after each and every approved amendment package in a timely fashion that clearly indicates effective dates chronologically for end users.
