NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
The Garner Town Council will hold public hearings to review the cases below on Tuesday, August 18, 2026 at 6 p.m. All public hearings are held in the Ronnie S. Williams Council Chambers of the Garner Town Hall, located at 900 7th Ave. Garner, NC 27529.
Annexations:
Voluntary Contiguous Annexation Petition #ANX-26-006, White Oak Storage (MAP HERE)
Voluntary Contiguous Annexation Petition submitted by BALL RENTALS LLC to bring 1.91 +/- acres, plus an additional 0.33 +/- acres of right-of-way into the corporate limits of the Town of Garner. The property is generally located at 0, 7421, and 7433 White Oak Road and may be otherwise identified as Wake County PIN(s) 1720-54-0378, 1720-44-7491, and 1720-44-8247.
This petition accompanies the conditional rezoning case, CZ-MP-22-05, White Oak Storage, which was approved by the Town Council on August 1, 2022.
