NCDOT and the N.C. Turnpike Authority have announced that a section of East Garner Road will be closed starting Monday, July 13, between Auburn Knightdale Road and Rock Quarry Road for construction associated with Complete 540 Phase 2. This closure is scheduled to last approximately 45 days, depending on weather and other factors.

Motorists can use the posted detour route of Rock Quarry Road and Auburn Knightdale Road.
