The Garner Town Council will hold public hearings to review the cases below on Tuesday, June 16th, 2026 at 6 p.m. All public hearings are held in the Ronnie S. Williams Council Chambers of the Garner Town Hall, located at 900 7th Ave. Garner, NC 27529.

Voluntary Contiguous Annexation Petition #ANX-26-001, Wrenmoor Pines (MAP HERE)
Voluntary Contiguous Annexation Petition submitted by Ben Williams to bring 26.68 +/- acres, plus an additional 4.71 +/- acres in public right-of-way into the corporate limits of the Town of Garner. The property is generally located at 1600 and 1612 Clifford Road and may be otherwise identified as Wake County PIN(s) 1629143550 & 1629038995
