Voluntary satellite annexation petition (ANX-25-016) submitted by Lynne Gregorio to bring 0.74 +/- acres, plus an additional 0.16 +/- acres of right-of-way into the corporate limits of the Town of Garner. The property is generally located at 8401 Old Stage Road; and may be otherwise identified as Wake County PIN #(s) 1609-05-1936

Zoning Map Amendment #CZ-25-003, Lawndale (MAP HERE)
Tier 1 conditional district rezoning request submitted by Bret Mangum of Woods Holdings LLC to rezone approximately 2.40 +/- acres from Residential 2 (R2) and Residential (R4) to Residential 4 (R4 C325) Conditional. The site is located at 925 Lawndale Street, 981 Lawndale Street, and 1007 Lawndale Street, and may be further identified as Wake County PINs 1710497056, 1710487962, and 1710487851.
