The Garner Town Council will hold public hearings to review the cases below on Tuesday, January 20, 2025 at 6 p.m. All public hearings are held in the Ronnie S. Williams Council Chambers of the Garner Town Hall, located at 900 7th Ave. Garner, NC 27529.
Annexations:
Voluntary Contiguous Annexation Petition #ANX-25-019, Cardinal Machine Shop (MAP HERE)
Voluntary contiguous annexation petition submitted by Jared Matthews and CCCRE Holdings LLC to bring 6.94 +/- acres, plus an additional 2.25 +/- acres in right-of-way, generally located at 4000 Waterfield Drive and may be otherwise identified as Wake County PIN 1720-93-1204.
