Town of Garner Town Council Special Meeting Notice September 1, 2026
The Garner Town Council will hold a special meeting in the Training Room located at Town Hall, 900 7th Avenue, Garner, NC 27529, at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, for the purpose of calling a closed session pursuant to N.C. General Statutes Section 143-318.11(a)(1) to prevent the disclosure of information that is privileged or confidential pursuant to the law of North Carolina or of United States or not considered a public record within the meaning of Chapter 132 of the General Statutes and Section 143-318.11(a)(3) to discuss a settlement agreement.
