Town Council Special Meeting Agenda

The Special Meeting noticed for January 27, 2026, has been canceled and will be rescheduled to Tuesday, February 3, 2026, due to the winter storm. The Garner Town Council will hold the special meeting at 4 p.m. in the Town Hall Training Room, located at 900 7th Avenue, Garner, NC 27529.

The Council will immediately call a Closed Session pursuant to N.C. General Statutes Section 143-318.11(a)(1) to prevent the disclosure of information that is privileged or confidential pursuant to the law of North Carolina or of United States or not considered a public record within the meaning of Chapter 132 of the General Statutes and Section 143-318.11(a)(3) to consider a potential settlement agreement.
