COMMUNITY ALERTS: 1) Raleigh Water is rolling out a new billing portal. Customers will not be able to make utility payments online or in person Nov. 7-11. No late-fees will be charged. All current portal users will need to create a new account using the new portal and, if applicable, re-enroll in autopay. The Senior Citizens Advisory Committee meets the third Friday of every other month at 9 a.m. This committee serves in an advisory capacity with the Town of Garner, Resources for Seniors and Meals on Wheels, in planning, coordinating and directing of programs and activities for senior citizens.
