Due to the persistent dry conditions, a statewide burn ban with additional county burn restrictions are in effect, as well as water-use restrictions that are set to go into effect for Garner residents on April 20.
The November 10, 2025, Planning Commission meeting has been canceled because there are no items on the agenda. The next scheduled meeting of the Planning Commission is Monday, December 8, 2025, at 7 p.m.
