7/9/2012

The Garner Police Department has implemented its new Data-Driven Approaches to Crime and Traffic Safety (DDACTS), an operational model that uses the integration of location-based crime and traffic data to establish effective and efficient methods for deploying law enforcement and other resources. The first "hotspot" that police will focus on under this model is the Fayetteville Road corridor. To learn more about the approach and why the Fayetteville Road corridor was selected, visit www.garnernc.gov/Departments/Police/DDACTS.aspx.
