UDO-14-03, Townhome Lot Width The Town of Garner has received a request for an amendment to the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO). The proposed amendment makes the following change:

1. Amend the UDO to reduce the minimum townhome lot width from 25 feet to 18 feet

Street Closing: SC 14-01, Salt Hill Road

Garner Land Company, LLC has filed a request to formally close a 2,250-foot long portion of the Salt Hill Road public right of way through their property. The area of the portion they wish to close is approximately 3.10 acres. This is not a request to close any of the existing graveled-portion of Salt Hill Road. This request applies only to the unimproved, wooded area where the public right of way currently exists.
