The Senior Citizen’s Advisory Committee meets bimonthly every third Friday at 9:00 A.M. This Committee serves in an advisory capacity with the Town of Garner, Resources for Seniors and Meals on Wheels, in planning, coordinating and directing of programs and activities for senior citizens.
There is currently 1 vacancy on the Senior Citizen Advisory Committee. Position requires members to be eligible to participate in senior activities by being 55 years of age or older. The committee meets bi-monthly every third Friday at 9:00 am at the Garner Senior Center. This appointment would fill a position with an unexpired term of June 30, 2012.
