Garner Police Arrest Three in Burglary  - Thursday, October 17, 2013

Garner police officers arrested three people in connection with a burglary occurring on October 16, 2013 at approximately 12:25 a.m. at 1506 Beichler Rd.  Garner officers were called to the scene where the female resident, Kracik Settles, age 23, reported two suspects entered her home and one of them assaulted her with a firearm by striking her in the head with the gun.  The victim received minor injuries and was transported to the hospital where she was treated and released.  Investigators believe the burglary was an attempted robbery, but nothing was taken.  Officers located two of the suspects in the area, and during the investigation located a third suspect.  The following persons were charged in this burglary:

Oliver Lamar McNeill, age 16, charged with attempted armed robbery, conspiracy to commit burglary, assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury, first degree burglary, and possession of a stolen firearm.

Dominique Tyshawn Davis, age 19, charged with attempted armed robbery, first degree burglary, and conspiracy to commit burglary.

Danny Jamal McClain, age 39, charged with attempted armed robbery, conspiracy to commit burglary, first degree burglary, and possession of a stolen firearm.

All three individuals were arrested and taken to the Wake County Jail yesterday afternoon.
