Description
Hoola Hooping is exercise like you've never done before. Namely, it's fun and unique. Make no mistake, it is a workout. Hooping is aerobic exercise that will tone your abdominals, increase cardiovascular stamina and strengthen core muscles. It's been proven that hooping can burn up to 110 calories in 8 minutes, as many calories as running an 8-minute mile. We will provide oversized hoops that are easier to control. 3 weeks Instructor: Nancy Hulbert

3 weeks It is the responsibility of the participant to consult physician before enrolling in classes. Registration Deadline for all Fitness Classes is 5 days prior to first scheduled class. No refund or transfers applied after deadline. A $5.00 refund fee will be charged.
