Description
Please join Nancy as we enjoy many of the Triangle's wonderful parks. Work on balance, walking techniques, endurance and muscular strength with a supervised walk. You must be able to walk at least 1.5 miles. Proper footwear and a water bottle are required.
Registration deadline is 5 days prior to the walk.
