Description:
Lake Benson Park is located at 921 Buffaloe Road. This spacious park includes a walking trail (1.8 miles), and accommodates a variety of activities from family gatherings at the four picnic shelters to Town wide special events.  A restroom facility is located adjacent to shelter #1. In warm weather, fishing and boat rentals are also available at the Lake Benson Boat House (975 Buffaloe Road-662-5703), which is open seasonally for boating and fishing from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day Weekend. Hours of operation will be Friday 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Saturday 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Sunday 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM. (Friday operations will be suspended during July and August.)
  Swimming is not allowed in the lake, there is no access to the Lake from the park.  
Please note that if you reserve Shelter #1 the adjacent playground does not come with your rental, it is available for public use as long as the park remains open.

Rentable Shelters:
(click on the shelter name to reserve)		Lake Benson Park Shelter #1 - This is the largest shelter at Lake Benson accommodating up to 150 people.

Lake Benson Park Shelter #2 -
This is the first shelter on the right when entering the park. A children's playground is conveniently close by.  It has a seating capacity of 50 people.


Lake Benson Park Shelter #3 - Shelter Three is located at the back right of the park closest to the lake. It has a seating capacity of 20 people.

Lake Benson Park Shelter #4 - Shelter Four is located at the back left of the park. It is within walking distance of the restrooms and playground. It has a seating capacity of 20 people.
