Human Resources....Partnering with Town of Garner departments and employees to attract, hire, motivate, develop and retain a qualified, diverse workforce dedicated to working together to deliver high quality services to the community.
HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
The HR function includes recruitment and selection, staff support, employee relations, competitive pay and benefits administration, employee recognition, training and staff development, wellness initiatives management and workers' compensation administration.
